Exhibitors at DS are individual brands and manufacturers. An umbrella organization exhibiting multiple brands must pay per brand. From the 3rd brand onwards, the price is halved.
The main rule is 3 paying exhibitors per showroom and a minimum of 5 per stopping place. The board approves the showrooms and stops when the bus route has been determined. For better visitor numbers and results, we recommend more exhibitors than the minimum requirement.
One brand can choose to be alone in its showroom against paying 3 participation fees.
Non-paying brands in the premises must be cleared away as best as possible.
Each showroom recruits and pays its own doormen who register the visitors (DS app) on Friday and Saturday.
Exception: If the size of the area and the number of exhibitors are problematic in terms of infection control, apply for an exception to the rule.
The exhibitor is responsible for the content and images published on their exhibitor profile on www.designerssaturday.no, as well as ensuring the rights to this material.

DS encourages all exhibitors/showrooms to invite their contacts to the event.
Take the new academic day on Friday seriously, make a programme, invite relevant people, do not serve alcohol before 3pm at the earliest
All exhibitors shall upload images, logo and text to own exhibitor profile immediately after approval.
The exhibitor is responsible for looking after the environment, obtaining permits and not show consideration for neighbours.
Information about brands, quality and design must be provided at the request of the board during the processing of exhibitor applications.
The exhibitor is responsible for the content and images published on their exhibitor profile on www.designerssaturday.no, as well as ensuring the rights to this material.

Be prepared that infection control is still important; If needed, overview of the number of people, distance, hygiene, hand sanitiser and masks. Exhibitors together with the organizer must find good solutions.
Plan for short visits and precise messages.
Rules and recommendations from Oslo Municipality and national authorities must be complied with at all points.
Stay tuned for information, together we will find good solutions.
-
It is the exhibitor's own responsibility to find a suitable exhibitor space.
In the application form, you will find an overview of showroom DS operates, where you can apply for space.
You are also welcome to make inquiries directly to other showrooms and inform us as soon as possible about the chosen showroom.
-
At each event, new showrooms are added, while others are left over. Applications for approval of new showrooms and stops, with information on addresses, the number of exhibitors and which ones, are addressed to the board.
The board considers, among other things, proximity to a bus stop and connection to the bus route in consultation with the carrier. The aim is to maintain or reduce the number of stops rather than increase.
We prioritize an efficient route to reduce the public's time consumption outside the showrooms.
