Designers’ Saturday 2025 Welcomes New Chair from Vestre

With extensive experience in both design and marketing, Marianne Otterdahl Møller takes over the leadership of the board for Norway’s largest design event.

“I am incredibly proud to step into the role of Chair during a time when Designers’ Saturday is facing exciting opportunities. For over 30 years, the event has celebrated the best in design, and I look forward to building on this important work,” says Otterdahl Møller.

“I have great faith in our mission to promote the talents, creativity, and craftsmanship of manufacturers and Norwegian designers. This is essential to amplifying their voices both nationally and internationally. I am excited to contribute to this growth journey and look forward to helping establish Oslo as a global design destination.”

Joining her are Carsten Berentsen from Fredericia as a new board member and Sonja Djønne from Heymat as a new alternate member. They will be part of a strong board with extensive industry knowledge across various fields of design and architecture. The board is responsible for planning and executing the event.

A Strong and Diverse Board

Designers’ Saturday Managing Director Heidi Lie expressed enthusiasm for the new board:
