Swedese is a classic Swedish furniture and design company.

Our furniture can be found in both homes and public spaces around the globe.

We were founded in Småland, Sweden, in 1945 by Yngve Ekström, his brother Jerker Ekström and Bertil Sjökvist.

Swedese has been privately owned since start.

Today, there are around 100 people within our organization, operating our production facilities and offices in Vaggeryd and Äng, as well as our brand store in Stockholm.
